Beginners guide to Ableton live group workshop.

Join us at Academy94 for a hands-on introduction to music production inside Ableton Live.

Across this 4-hour session, you’ll learn to navigate the interface, build drum patterns, create basslines and melodies, and arrange a complete track using a provided folder of sounds and samples.

This workshop is designed for complete beginners who want to start producing solo or pairs confidently with expert guidance and practical, real-time learning.

WHO IT’S FOR:

Beginners and new producers who want a guided, practical introduction to making music in Ableton Live, supported by real producers with professional experience. This workshop is designed for participants aged 16 and over. Anyone under 18 is welcome to join as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. We ask that all attendees understand and follow this guideline to ensure a safe and productive learning environment for everyone.

• Lunch is not included but there’s a supermarket 2mins away and 30min lunch break between sessions.

Bring: Laptop with installed version of Ableton Live standard (10/11/12) ‘minimum’, also headphones and we will provide the download of the workshop folder.
