Merchandise Refund Policy

ACADEMY94 values your satisfaction with our merchandise. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review the following policy:

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Merchandise, such as clothing, can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was received.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available. Please review the following exceptions:

Non-Refundable Products

Downloadable products, such as sample packs and plugins, are non-refundable once downloaded.

Defective Products

If you experience issues with a defective digital product, please contact our support team at support@academy94.com for assistance.
We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.

Course Deposits and Coaching Bookings Refund Policy

ACADEMY94 offers flexibility in scheduling but maintains a strict policy on refunds for deposits and coaching bookings.

Course Deposits

Deposits for courses are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a different course date if requested at least 14 days before the original course start date.

Course Payments

Full payment for courses must be completed before the start date as per the booking confirmation.

Coaching Bookings

Fees for coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
