Academy94 Launches New DJ, Production & Livestream Studios in Leeds

Hey everyone, it's Josh here. If you've been following what we're doing at Academy94, you know we’ve been cooking up something special. And now it’s official: we’ve got a set of brand-new studios here in Leeds, and honestly, they’re a game-changer.

Three Unique Studios, Three Different Vibes, DJ and production Studios

We’ve set DJ and production Studios inside Crown House, just a stone’s throw from the city centre (but thankfully not smack in the middle of all that city noise). Each of our three new studio spaces has its own personality and purpose, so let me break it down for you.

1. The Vault: For the Live Streamers and DJs

Think of the Vault Room as your go-to spot if you’re looking to stream a live DJ set or shoot some killer video content. We’ve got the Pioneer CDJ-3000s and the DJM-V10 all set up, plus acoustic treatment, so everything sounds as crisp online as it does in the room. Basically, if you want to look and sound pro on your streams, this is your playground.

2. The Boiler Room: For Producers and Beatmakers

The Boiler Room is where the producers and beatmakers will feel right at home. It’s kitted out with everything you need to get those tracks down, from top-tier production gear to a space that’s been acoustically treated so you can mix and master without any unwanted noise. Whether you're laying down beats or fine-tuning a full track, this room’s got your back.

3. The Infinity Room: For Content Creators and All-Around Artists

Last but definitely not least, we’ve got the Infinity Room. This one’s built for the all-rounders: perfect if you’re doing a bit of everything from content creation and podcast recording to photo shoots. It’s got flexible lighting, a clean modern look, and all the gear you need to capture your creative projects.

Easy to Reach, Easy to Love

Location-wise, we’re just around the corner from all the main routes — trains, buses, you name it. We’re near the Gyratory, which means you get the convenience of the city without the chaos. And hey, the whole place is inside Crown House, a business complex with a chill area if you need a break.
