Cancellation Policy

• Lesson Bookings All lessons must be booked in advance through Academy94. Session times are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received or your package has been activated. • Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. • Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or credit issued. • Sessions cannot be transferred to another student. • Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended. • No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the session being forfeited. • Course Expiry Lessons purchased as part of a package must be used within the agreed course timeframe (e.g., within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated).
